What is Redemption Center? (RAN Online)

Redemption Center is the centralized system that allows gamers to redeem their in-game items (Some in-games items maybe grouped in "Parcel" format). The Redemption centre also helps gamers to keep track of their account items activities and provide a secured place for gamer’s in-game item storage.

How to redeem the item after Gacha？

1. Click on the ::Redeem Items Now:: Button that allocated below the Gacha Logo.
   
   
   
2. A new internet Explorer will pop up on the screen called “Redemption Center” Gonzo Rosso, please login using your myRosso account.
   
   
   
3. After login, a list of parcel will be show on the page. Select the parcel that u wished to open and click on the “Open Parcel” Button.
   
   
   
4. A box will be pop up and showing the item list in the parcel. Users can directly redeem the items just by clicking the “Redeem” button.
   
   
   
5. Details of the item information will be shown after click on the “Redeem” Button in Step 4. Let’s click on the “Redeem” Button to get the items!!
   
   
   
6. The item is delivered to your game account!! Just login to the game and check it out!!

How to redeem my items in myRosso website?

1. Go to myRosso.com and click on the “Redemption Center” button that allocated one the left.
   
   
   
2. “Redemption center” Gonzo Rosso will pop up, please login using your myRosso account.
   
   
   
3. Please click on the “Item Redemption” button on the top, a list of item that already open from the parcel will be show in the list. Just click the “Redeem” button on the right hand side to redeem the item that you wish to get.
   
   
   
4. The detail item information will be shown after click on the “Redeem”. Let’s click on the “Redeem” Button to get the items!!
   
   
   
5. A successful message will be show after step 4.
   
   
   

Finally, the items are in your game account, just login to the game and check it out!!!
