Under this corporate philosophy, we at GONZO ROSSO work to continue providing solid and comprehensive entertainment to our users via the distribution of online games. which is our main business in Japan, as well as services related to mobile content and e-commerce.

In addition, we are developing original Japan-made online games and expanding our global businessess, starting in Asia where the online game business is rapidly growing. As one of our first stepsm we have established GONZO ROSSO MALAYSIA, which operates an online game distribution business similar to that GONZO ROSSO in Japan. We have also accquired Goldsky Access (now renamed Goldsky Digital Technology), a rare company specializing in the licensing business of online games, and made it our subsidiary. Goldsky Digital Technology is promoting the licensing of our original games, etc. , to online games operations around the world. GONZO ROSSO Group is committed to continuing to extend its global network.

Dec 2005 Warp Gate Online K.K. renamed as GONZO Rosso Online K.K.
May 2006 GONZO Rosso Online K.K. starts operation of MMORPG Master of Epic.
Feb 2007 Enters into business partnership with TIS Inc. (TSE first section-listed company) to enhance online game network system.
Feb 2007 Establishes subsidiary GONZO ROSSO Malaysia, and starts online game distribution in Malaysia and Singapore.
Mar 2007

Acquires GoldSky Access, a worldwide online game licensor, as subsidiary.
Mar 2007 Acquires first ISO 27001 (security management standard) certification in Japanese online game industry.
Mar 2007 Consolidates game servers in TIS data center in order to achieve enhanced security.
Nov 2007 Launches MMORPG "Shaiya - Light and Darkness"

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. was formed in January 2007 as a fully owned subsidiary of Gonzo Rosso KK Japan. The principal aim of this company is to extend Gonzo Rosso KK’s market into South East Asia providing online games and animation works to this region. Riding on the strength of GONZO brand, we aim to bring this success into all of South East Asia including Taiwan and China at a later stage.

Consisting of a team of highly experienced people from the Online Gaming industry, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. aims to be the leading provider of a fusion of Online games and Anime series to this market. One of the first of many game titles, RAN Online is one of the current popular online games being published.
