Minimal Support for Customer Service on National Days & Weekly Maintenance will be canceled.

As on the 31st of August 2009 is National Days , the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.
However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in 31st August 2009, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Tuesday (1st of September 2009)
At the same time, on 31st of August 2009 (Monday), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
