Changing E-mail Application Service Announcement
Dear Gamers,
Please be informed that the changing e-mail address service will be available for all players. The service will be available from 02nd March 2009; 10:00AM (GMT+8). Applicants are required to submit their information that matches with their myRosso account information. The closing date will be announce until further notice. After the closing date, myRosso will not entertain any inquiry about changing e-mail cases and problems.
Please take note of the following:-
Any account that is involved with the trading of Cash/Game Items or changing user will not be entertained.
All Application will take 14 working days to be processed.
If any player found their personal information or photos has been misused by other player, please contact us and at the same time, submit your personal information for further account verification purpose.
If any applicant attempt to hide or cheat by submitting fake informations, myRosso Sdn. Bhd.reserve the rights at all times to disclose any information that myRosso Sdn. Bhd. deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, which may lead to user account termination until future notice.
If there is any incomplete form or wrong information being submitted, myRosso Sdn. Bhd. has the right to disqualify the application for changing e-mail address.
myRosso Sdn. Bhd. maintains the sole right to administer the above stated Account and to use the information provided at it's sole discretion to further the changing E-mail process.
Applicants can only apply to change their e-mail ONLY ONCE. Please make sure that the e-mail address given is correct, as myRosso will not entertain the case if there were to be a second request to change the e-mail or whatsoever.
Kindly make sure the new e-mail did not registered on myRosso before. Applicants need to submit another application with a new e-mail if the e-mail that you have submitted already been used.

Players are required to attach a copy of their identity card by writing 「For myRosso use」 as below:

Players are required to submit the application form and attach a copy of their identity card to customerservice@myrosso.com
The customer service will check applicant's account information first. After the verification process, applicants will receive the email notice in the newest e-mail mailbox.
Attention! There is an activation link in this email that activates your email changing application. This activation link is only valid for 2 days. Time will start counting once the system send out the email to the player.
Once the player click on the activation link, our system will temporary block the account for 14 days for data processing purpose. If within the 14 working days a problem/report regarding the account were to arise, the account will be locked continuously until further notice.
Account Security Tips:
Prevent any identity card copy saved at your e-mail account, personal computer or company used computer.
Players are advised not to use the same password for your game account and e-mail account.
