For all the reports that is sent in during those five days, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Tuesday 10th February 2009.

At the same time, on 10th of February 2009 (Monday), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
