Minimal Support for Customer Service on Federal Territory Day Holidays & Weekly Maintenance will be canceled.

In observance of the Federal Territory Day Holiday, our customer service will be closed from 01st February (Sun) to 02nd February 2009(Mon). Normal service will resume on Tuesday 03th February 2009.
However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in during those five days, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Tuesday 03th February 2009.
At the same time, on 02nd of February 2009 (Monday), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
