Minimal Support for Customer Service on Chinese New Year Holidays & Weekly Maintenance will be canceled.

Greetings!

In observance of the Chinese New Year Holiday, our customer service will be closed from 24th January (Sat) to 28th January 2008(Wed). Normal service will resume on Thursday 29th January 2009.

However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in during those five days, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Thursday (29th of January 2009 ).

At the same time, on 26th of January 2009 ( Monday ), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
