Minimal Support for Customer Service on New Year Holidays
Dear players,
Greetings!
As on the 1st of January 2009 is New Year Holidays, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.
However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in 1st January 2009, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Friday (02nd of January 2009
At the same time, on 1st of January 2009 ( Thursday ), Ran Online server maintenance will shift to 31st of December (Wednesday).
