Minimal Support for Customer Service on Christmas & Weekly Maintenance.

Greetings!
As on the 25th of December 2008 is Christmas Holidays, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails,
will be stopped temporary.
However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in 25th December 2008, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Friday (26th of December 2008 ).
At the same time, on 25th of December 2008 ( Thursday ), Ran Online server maintenance will shift to 24th of December (Wednesday).
