Minimal Support for Customer Service on Hari Raya Haji Holidays

Greetings!

As on the 8th of December 2008 is Raya Raya Haji Holidays, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.

However, during the days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in during those two days, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Tuesday (9th of December 2008 ).

At the same time, on 8th of December 2008 ( Monday ), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
