As on the 27th October 2008 is Deepavali Holidays, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.

However, during those days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at:-

For all the reports that is sent in on 27th October 2008, the customer service staff will start to process on Tuesday (28th October 2008).

At the same time, RAN Online server weekly maintenance on 27th October 2008 will be canceled.
