myRosso线上客服即时通系统使用手册



1.

Please click on myRosso Launcher, and select the Customer Service Button.

现在,玩家只需打开myRosso游戏登入器(Launcher),点选上角的Customer Services客服就能来 到myRosso客服即时通画面。




2. Please fill in your Login ID and Password in order to get access to the myRosso Online Customer Service Interface.

请在Login ID填上您的帐户名字,请在Password中输入您的帐户密码。



3. After logging in successfully,please click at the >>Click here to START<< to type your message.

成功登入后,请点myRosso客服即时通下方的 >>Click here to START<< 字眼处就能开始输入文字


4. Before pressing the Send Message Button, please select the option of the related issue.

在发讯息Send Message给客服之前,您必须先选择您想询问的事项。

Your message will appear at myRosso myRosso Online Customer Service Interface after click on Send Message.

当您按 Send Message后,您的讯息将会显示在myRosso客服即时通程式内,该讯息也将会传给客服人员。

 

Important!:
Please do not enclose any account password in myRosso Onine Customer Service Application.

安全小提示:
请不要在myRosso客服即时通内向客服人员透露您的密码。


6. After receiving your message, we will reply your enquiries shortly.
When you’re login to myRosso Online Customer Service, a message of “You Have 1 unread messages(s)” will appear at the interface.

当客服人员收到您的讯息后将会给予答复。当您再次登入myRosso客服即时通时,您将会看到类似You Have 1 unread messages(s)(中译:您有一则唯读讯息)的提醒讯息。


7. You will see Customer Service reply by clicking at >>Click here to READ now<< 当您点击即时通下方的 >>Click here to READ now<< 字眼处后,客服人员的答复将会显示出来。
