Customer Service Report Procession
In order to improve the quality of our Customer Service, from12th May 2008 onwards we will follow the required time period to handle the report.
Please submit all the required information of the report that you going to make in 7 working days. If you fail to submit all the required information in 7 working days, your case will be closed.

* If got any problem (exp:Bugs) that needs further time to do more investigation, the report will be extended and it will not be handled by following the report procession schedule based on the seriousness of the case.

Working Days: Monday-Friday
Saturday, Sunday, Malaysia Public Holidays and Federal Territory Holidays are not considered as working days
