Changing E-mail Application Service
Dear Gamers
Please be informed that the changing e-mail address service will be available for all players. The service will be available from 21st April 2008 until 21st Jun 2008; 10:00AM (GMT+8). Applicants are required to submit their information that matches with their myRosso account information. After the due date, myRosso will not entertain any enquiry about changing e-mail cases and problems. At the same time, changing e-mail address services will be terminated officially.
Please take note of the following:-
- Any account that is involved with the trading of Cash/Game Items or changing user will not be entertainted.
- All Application will take 14 working days to be processed.
- If any players who found their personal information or photos has been misused by other player, please contact us and in the meantime, submit your information for futher account verification purpose.
- If any applicants that tries to hide or cheat by submitting some fake information, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, which may lead to user account termination until future notice.
- If there is any incomplete form and wrong information being submitted, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd has the right to disqualify the application for changing e-mail.
- Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd maintains the sole right to administer the above stated Account and to use the information provided at its sole discretion to further the changing E-mail process.
- Applicants can only apply to change their e-mail ONLY ONCE. Please make sure that the email address given is correct, as myRosso will not entertain the case if there were to be a second request to change the e-mail or whatsoever.
- Kindly make sure the new email do not registered on myRosso before. Applicants need to submit another application with a new email if the email that you have submitted already been used.
Please follow the steps below:-
- Players are required to download the changing e-mail form, download link: http://myrosso.com/docs/emailform_en.zip
- Players are required to attach a copy of their identity card by writing「For myRosso use」
- Players are required to submit the application form and attach a copy of their identity card to customerservice@myrosso.com
- The customer service will check applicant's account information first. Applicants will receive the email notice in the newest email mailbox. Once the applicant activates the system link, the system automatically will freeze the account for 14 days. If within these 14 days the officials did not receive any other reports, the account will be unlocked automatically and the applicant account email will be the newest email address.
- If within the 14 working days a problem/report regarding the account were to arise, the account will be locked continuously until further notice.
Account Security Tips:
- Prevent any identity card copy saved at your e-mail account, personal computer or company used computer.
- Players are advised not to use the same password for your game account and e-mail account.
- Players are advised not to accept any assistance from friends or passing their account for other people to manage.
