Character Transfer Services Launched Now !!
Dear Gamers,
Please find below instructions for the transfer of your existing characters (from the previous servers) to our MyRosso servers.
In order to retrieve back your existing account, players are requested to complete the following:-

Log on to official RAN Online website and click to the link to the Character Transfer Page

In the Character Transfer page, key in your previous publisher login ID, RAN 2nd password for verification.

The System will then transfer the character and all relevant character information to your new Myrosso account.
Please take note of the following:-

The Bank Inventory feature is currently already available.

Your original guild data will be deleted and players have to rebuild the guild.

The Guild War event will be available soon..

All existing character data from both the previous Chinese servers will be merged into 1 server (This is applicable only for the Chinese servers).

The Friend List cannot be transferred and players are required to create their new friend list..

FAQ
Q: I failed to retrieve my previous character after keying in the required information?
A: Did you key in the correct information? Or maybe someone has redeemed your account? Make sure you key in your initial Ran Online second password.
Please email us at customerservice@myrosso.com if you have any problem retrieving your character.
Q: if i had deleted the newly create character, can i still retrieve my account?
A: Sorry, you must register another new myRosso account.
Q: I had few characters in the previous publisher's server, what will happen after the merging of the character data?
A: Only the top 4 highest level character will be shown. If your character name is similar to others, we will automatically change one or the other.
Q: Can i reset my character name ?
A: If the character name being changed is due to the data merging, Please send us email at customerservice@myrosso.com, and specify your account name, character name, character name you wish to change, player English name & contact number.
Q: The transfer of the Character information includes what kind of information?
A: All Character information, Locker inventory, Bank inventory, Character inventory created since early March will be transferred except for the Friend List and Guild information.
Q: Is the previous publisher's game points applicable to Myrosso website?
A: No, the points used be the previous publisher it is not applicable to Myrosso website. MyRosso will be coming out with its own game points.
Q: My account was banned by the previous publisher.
A: If your account was banned by the previous publisher, we are unable to retrieve the account character information..
Terms & Conditions:

Any changes or resetting of the company hardware may affect your game characters or caused it to be relocated within the game world. You agree to allow us to perform any necessary changes and/or adjustment to be made.

You must legally log into the game. The Company reserves the right to impose any penalty accordingly if any illegal action is found to be taken by the players.

Should you feel have any problems with your game character records, please contacting by email within 7 days after the character transfer has been activated. Customer service will reply you through the email after necessary investigation is done. Any email enquiries received after 7 days shall not be entertained.

All Game Items, Characters and Database records of Min Communications RAN Online game is under the Company's copyright & property. You agree to allow us to perform any necessary rollback and/or adjustment to be made.

We do not guarantee the service level of the game caused by any external infrastructure problems including lagging, disconnection of the game to the ISP, roll-back of the game character, external hacking and server attacks and other events out of the control of MyRosso.com. Players agree to bear all losses due to the above and will not be compensated by the Company.

MyRosso.com is not responsible nor will it compensate or refund any game points distributed or sold by the previous publisher.

遊戲角色轉移開放!!
親愛的玩家:
任何欲取回原先的帳號遊戲資料的玩家,請預先準備一個全新的Myrosso帳號(不曾在亂Online創造和刪除任何遊戲角色的帳號),然後登入官方網站的認領帳號系統,並且輸入原有的帳號資料,系統將立即將遊戲資料轉移至您的Myrosso帳號。
另外,官方也對原有的遊戲資料做出以下決定:
1. 道具銀行功能現已開放。
2. 原有的組織遊戲資料將刪除,玩家必須重新建立組織。
3. 組織戰活動將暫時關閉,直至官方另行通知為止。
4. 原有的遊戲資料將合併成一個伺服器的資料。
5. 好友名單資料無法轉移。

問題與解答:
問:為什麼我輸入了原有的遊戲資料,但是卻無法成功認領帳號?
答:請確認是否您的帳號資料正確呢?或者是否有人以您的帳號資料認領帳號。若玩家對帳號認領系統有疑問或無法認領,請電郵 customerservice@myrosso.com,並且詳細說明您的問題和狀況。
問:如果刪除新建的遊戲角色,我是否依然能以該Myrosso帳號進行認領手續?
答:很抱歉,您必須重新申請一個新Myrosso帳號。
問:我的帳號在前代理的伺服器中擁有多個角色,請問原有的遊戲資料合併會造成什麼影響?
答:遊戲將只顯示您帳號裡其中4個最高等級的角色。若您的角色名字與其他玩家角色同名,官方將自動更改其中一位玩家的角色名字。
問:如果我是否可以重新更改角色名字?
答:如果您是因遊戲資料合併導致角色名字被更改,您可以電郵至customerservice@myrosso.com,內容必須包括帳號名字、角色名字、欲更換的角色新名字、您的英文名字和聯絡電話。
問:遊戲資料轉移包括哪一些資料?
答:所有於3月初已建立的遊戲角色資料、倉庫資料、道具銀行和背包資料,但不包括好友名單資料和組織資料。
問:前代理的網絡購物點數是否適用於myRosso網站?
答:前代理的網絡購物點數屬於前代理的資產,因此是無法在myRosso網站使用。
問:我的帳號被前代理封鎖了。
答:基於該帳號可能牽涉不法行為的理由,您將無法取回您的原有帳號資料。
官方聲明及注意事項:
- 本公司因硬體設備變更或調整時,您同意本公司可以將您使用的帳號及遊戲記錄轉移至其他位置,您也承諾願意配合進行相關設定以因應此類調整。
- 您必須使用正當的方式登入遊戲。如您使用違法的方式登入,本公司對您的帳號將保留限制的權利。
- 您若對於個人遊戲紀錄存疑,您必須於事實發生後七日內以Email方式向本公司申請查核;本公司將於查核後,以Email方式或回電告知你,超過限定時間者恕不接受查核之申請。
- 所有「亂Online」內之道具、角色、電磁記錄等,皆屬本公司所有;若有因伺服器超載導致電磁記錄無法寫入之情形發生時,您同意本公司重開伺服器,將遊戲回復至未超載前之狀態。
- 本公司不保證各項服務的穩定、無誤及不中斷,您確定願意承擔使用本服務的風險及可能致生的任何損害;若因ISP網路線路的品質不良,造成遊戲進行中產生LAG或進度回溯的情形,而造成您的損失,本公司將不負賠償責任。
- 若因天災、不可抗力或其他非人為因素而導致您的損失,本公司將無義務賠償此部分之損失。
- 前代理的網絡購物點數,本公司亦無法進行回復點數或退費等動作。
- 對於遊戲資料轉移變更和聲明,本公司持有最終解釋權。如有任何異動,本公司將於「Ran Online」官方首頁(http://www.myrosso.com/ran/index.asp)公告。如果您不同意修改的內容,請勿繼續使用本公司的服務。如果您繼續使用本公司的服務,本公司將視同您同意並接受遊戲資料(包含未修改部份與變更的內容)之內容。
